Five steps, one record for every batch
Vegetables are accepted, washed, filled, sealed and sterilised on one site. Each step is checked and written down.

Washing
Several stages of washing in controlled water. Stalks and damaged pieces are picked out on the way.

Filling
Vegetables first, then brine, marinade or sauce, to a set net weight. Fill level and headspace are checked.

Sterilisation
Sealed jars are heated above 100 °C for a set time. Time and temperature are recorded for every batch.

A hermetic seal keeps the product at room temperature for its full shelf life. Most of the range needs no added preservatives.
