Documents that travel with the goods
Product specifications, ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 certificates with verifiable numbers, label texts in English, and the shipment documents the destination requires, declarations and certificates as applicable, agreed before the first dispatch. Wholesale and storage are within our certification scope.
Origin, stated plainly
Our preserves are made in Chyhyryn, Ukraine. Two facts matter for an importer's own labelling: the tomato raw material for our paste comes from Türkiye, and the olives are made in Türkiye and packed in Chyhyryn. Both are on our labels, and both go into your documents.
How an enquiry runs
Write in English or Ukrainian with the products, formats and destination. We reply with specifications and, where useful, samples. Incoterms, payment and lead times are agreed per contract; prices and reference markets are discussed per enquiry.

Specifications and samples
We send specifications for the products you named and, on request, samples, so your quality team can check them first.
Contract terms
Incoterms, payment, quantities and lead times are agreed per contract. Label texts and, for private label, artwork are approved at this stage.
Production and dispatch
Goods are produced to the agreed specification, inspected and released batch by batch, palletised and dispatched with the documents agreed in the contract.
