About the range
All five sauces are built on tomato paste, sugar, salt and dried vegetables, each with its own spice profile. Ketcha is the everyday table sauce; Lecho adds sweet pepper and carrot; Satsebeli is the Georgian-style one with garlic and chilli; Ukrainian has apple purée for a rounder taste, and Ukrainian Hot adds chilli to it.
For retail the 485 g jar sits in the ketchup and sauce aisle; for food service the same sauces work as a base for marinades, pizza and grilled meat.
