Two brands, one standard. M.A.D.E.S.A for sauces, ready vegetable dishes, ikra and tomato products; MIRASA for pickles, beans, mushrooms, jam and juice. Both are made under the same ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 systems.

The brand that carries the company name. Five tomato sauces in 485 g jars, Ketcha, Lecho, Satsebeli, Ukrainian and Ukrainian Hot; ready dishes such as lecho, sauté, aubergines in adjika, Mexican fiesta and the Zakusochnyi salad; hot adjika and sweet pepper ikra; beans with vegetables; and the tomato products: sterilised paste in a 500 g jar, pasteurised paste in a 5 kg pail, and dried tomatoes in oil. Cooked recipes in the jar, with a point of view: spice, garlic, pepper. Made for the table, and for the kitchen that needs a base.

The brand for pantry staples: whole gherkins, tomatoes with herbs and sliced courgettes in 3 kg jars; beans in a delicate sauce and in tomato sauce in 700 g jars; courgette ikra; marinated button mushrooms; plum jam in a 1.2 kg jar; and tomato juice with salt in a 3 kg jar. Short ingredient lists, classic Ukrainian aromatics, dill, garlic, horseradish, bay leaf, and formats that suit both the shelf and the professional kitchen. All nine MIRASA products are made with no added preservatives.

The pitted black and green olives carry the M.A.D.E.S.A label. They are made in Türkiye and packed at our Chyhyryn site; the label states the origin.
