About the range
Ikra is a cooked vegetable spread: courgettes or sweet peppers with tomato paste, onion, carrot and sunflower oil. Both ikra products contain wheat flour and therefore gluten. Hot adjika is a raw-style paste of tomatoes, sweet pepper, horseradish, garlic and chilli, a little goes a long way.
In Ukraine these are everyday pantry items; in European retail they fit the antipasti and spreads shelf.
