About the range
The 3 kg jar is the food-service format: a brine of water, salt and acetic acid with classic Ukrainian aromatics. Gherkins (first grade, DSTU 7989:2015) are whole and firm; tomatoes come with dill and garlic; courgettes are sliced for salads and sides.
Shelf life is two to three years unopened; after opening, keep refrigerated in the brine.
